The Activist Teacher Network is a rank and file group which aims to build networks amongst public educators in NSW. We are activist members of the NSW Teachers Federation and through our involvement seek to build a fight against the corporatisation of public education, the agenda of privatisation and defend and extend the working conditions of teachers. We believe that the true strength of teachers resides in collective industrial action and believe it should be the central strategy of the NSW Teachers Federation.
